I have set a 10 min activity for every day

But I skip it every day, even though I get the notification from the calendar.

I added this activity finding that it helps in the functioning of other sides of the brain.
I believe that I read that in a research paper.

One of the things I understood is that we do not give importance to the activities that will give benefits only if done for a period of time regularly. Like exercise, it improves our health only if we do it regularly. Once in a while, won't help much.
